Ms. Camilla C. McKinney, the principal of the Firm, specializes in employment law and complex litigation matters. She counsels and advises individuals and companies on a wide variety of personnel-related issues, including discrimination and harassment; retaliation; leave and reasonable accommodation under FMLA and ADA; promotion, discipline and termination issues; contract and severance negotiation; compliance with wage and hour laws; and constitutional civil rights. Ms. McKinney's practice primarily entails representing employees and she has successfully represented employees against Fortune 500 companies and governmental entities.

Ms. McKinney is a native Washingtonian. She is a graduate of Yale University. She received her Juris Doctor from Columbia University, School of Law.

Ms. McKinney is admitted to the bar of the District of Columbia and New York, as well as the the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, the U.S. District Court for the Districts of Maryland, the District of Columbia, the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia, Fourth and Federal Circuits.

She is also a member of the District of Columbia Bar Association; the Washington Bar Association; the Bar Association of the District of Columbia, the Greater Washington Area Chapter, Women Lawyers Division of the National Bar Association (GWAC); the American Bar Association; the National Bar Association; the Metropolitan Washington Employment Lawyers Association and the National Employment Lawyers Association.
